The driver :

To rent, the driver designated in the contract must be over 22 years old. He must also have held a valid driving license for at least two years and for 4x4s and large cars 3 years. This must be justified by original documents. If a second driver is requested. He/she must be present at the time of departure and present the original of their driving license as well as an identity card or passport. Only drivers identified on the rental contract are authorized to drive the rented vehicle.

Duration :

The rental is granted for the duration determined in the contract unless conventional extension granted by the lessor. In the absence of return, at the agreed deadline, the latter reserves the right to take back the vehicle wherever it is located, at the tenant's expense.

Delivery / collection:

NAJMCAR gives you the choice of where you want to pick up or return the vehicle (Airport, Hotels, Train Stations, etc.) subject to prior agreement.

Fuel :

Fuel is the responsibility of the tenant. The car will be delivered with a full tank and returned with a full tank, fuel left in the tank will not be refunded.

Payment/Deposit:

Payment can be made on site in cash (euro or MAD), by credit card (without commission), by secure online payment or by Swift transfer. Our prices include Unlimited mileage, lubricants and vehicle maintenance, vehicle delivery/collection.
Our prices are expressed in Euros.
The deposit is paid by pre-authorization on the bank card (the amount will be set according to the category of the car rented or desired) and will be canceled upon return of the car.

Online payment:

Your multi-channel payments are secured by the Interbank Electronic Payment Center (CMI) which offers a completely secure payment service.
The Consumer guarantees the NAJMCAR Company that he has the authorizations that may be necessary to use the payment method chosen by him, when validating the Order Form.
In the event of payment by bank card, the provisions relating to the fraudulent use of the means of payment provided for in the agreements concluded between the Consumer and the issuer of the card between the NAJMCAR Company and its banking establishment apply.
Proof of transactions paid by credit card:
The data recorded by the CMI on the Multi-channel payment platform on behalf of NAJMCAR constitutes proof of all commercial transactions between you and the NAJMCAR company.

Insurance:

The vehicles are fully insured (tires are not included). However, for any damage other than the theft of the vehicle, fire, broken glass, civil liability and persons transported (PAI), a capped non-redeemable excess remains the responsibility of the driver in the event that his partial or full liability is incurred. For any accident, vehicle damage is only covered upon production of an accident report within 24 hours.
The use of vehicles on unsealed roads (tracks) is prohibited except for 4x4 off-road vehicles with special conditions.
The driver is solely responsible for road traffic offenses and fines.
In the event of a mechanical breakdown not caused by the customer, the replacement car is insured by our agency!
In the event of an accident at fault, the replacement car will be billed to the customer with delivery costs!
In the event of a responsible accident, the transport of the damaged car by the tow truck is the responsibility of the customer!
It is strictly prohibited to drive our vehicles in the coast, seaside, and rivers, where applicable and in the event of breakdown and/or drowning or other damage caused to the vehicle the renter will be obliged to pay the full repair amount. without any ceiling and the amount could reach the purchase amount of the vehicle, in these cases the excess will not be applicable.

Attribution of jurisdiction :

By express agreement, the court in whose jurisdiction the lessor's head office is located will have sole jurisdiction to hear any dispute relating to this contract. The lessor may, however, waive the benefit of this jurisdiction clause and bring the rods before all competent courts.

Refund :

The rental amount is payable in advance for the entire rental period, and will not be refunded in the event of a reduction in the rental period. As for the reservation deposit, it is refundable if the cancellation is made at least two weeks before the rental start date and the reimbursement costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Required documents:

Driving license

A driving license of at least 2 years without major offenses. Holders of a UK driving license must present the card with photograph.

Pieces of identity

A valid identity document (passport or identity card).
If your ID does not include or match your current address, you will also need to provide separate proof of address.

Bail and credit card information

ACCEPTED: Eurocard, Maestro, MasterCard, Visa, Debit Card
A deposit of a minimum amount of EUR 500 and a maximum of EUR 5000 will be blocked on your account for the entire duration of the rental. This deposit is a guarantee in the event of damage or theft of the vehicle. This amount will be automatically canceled in the absence of theft or damage during the rental period. Please note that this is not equivalent to the total excess liability amount indicated in the Insurance section.
The credit card(s) must be in the first and last name of the main driver.
